Tuberculosis Telephone Consultation Service

(Telephone: 03-3292-1218, every Tuesday from 10:00-12:00, 13:00-15:00)

Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association (JATA) provides free consultation on tuberculosis (TB) for foreigners residing in Japan.

The service includes up-to-date clinical information on TB, and individualized expert case consultation across the broad range of clinical TB problems. It is staffed by doctors, nurses and social workers who are experienced in TB care.

The consultation is especially designed for foreigners.  We offer language support for English, Korean, and Chinese.  The staff are trained to understand the sensitivity of cultural differences.

TB is a communicable disease. However, if you receive proper treatment, it can be cured completely. All information is kept strictly confidential. We are here to help you.
